From Concept to Finished Product

Review & Drawing Check
We check your drawings or CAD files to make sure dimensions line up, bends fit, and sheet metal cuts cleanly.
Laser Cutting & Machining
Parts are nested tightly on our 6' x 12' laser table to reduce scrap, while parts needing milled holes or turned pins move to our CNC machines.
Forming & Welding
We bend parts to exact angles on our press brake, then fit and weld components together with clean MIG or TIG welds.
Final Check & Delivery
We double-check measurements against your drawings, clean up edges, and get parts packed and ready for pickup or shipping.
